Regrettably, the Z2 & Z4 service routes are no longer operated by Ensignbus as scheduled services.
Amazon required them to operate as 'Closed Door Services' only Amazon employees are able to use the Z2 and Z4
Unfortunately, Ensignbus is unable to answer queries related to either the Z2 or Z4 services.
All Enquiries regarding Z2 or Z4 services should be directed to Amazon or First Travel Solutions

We continue to operate the Z1 as a normal scheduled service as part of our local service network ALL enquiries regarding the Z1 should be directed to Ensignbus Customer Services on  01708 86 56 56 
Travel Passes are the property of Ensignbus and may be cancelled, suspended or withdrawn at any time and are not transferrable.
Scans/photos of passes on mobile phones will  not be accepted - original tickets must be presented to access travel on our services.
