UPDATE 14/05/2020 11.50am: From Saturday 16 May 2020 our Z2 BARKING STOP is changing - the service will pick up from the BUS STAND ahead of STOP L. (outside the Chick 'n' Rice takeaway which is immediately ahead of the Longbridge Road roundabout.) Please see the picture below for the location.
UPDATE 22/04/2020 1830pm: We have added an 0505am Z1 departure from Aveley USK road which will operate daily. Updated timetable for the Z1, 22 and 73a are available on our Emergency Covid-19 Bus Service page.
UPDATE 17/04/2020 1900pm: Our Z1, Z2 and Z4 services have changes to some departures. Broadly, SOME scheduled departures will leave slightly later. This has been introduced at AMAZON's request. The service timetables are available on our Emergency Covid-19 Bus Service page.
UPDATE 03/04/2020 1800pm: A revised route 99 timetable begins operation on Saturday 4th April 2020.
UPDATE 30/03/2020 16.13pm: Route Z1: All departures from Aveley have been re timed to accommodate requests from Amazon staff. An additional journey has been included to depart Aveley at 0625.
UPDATE 26/03/2020 17:30pm: Route 73A will operate a 0630 journey from Tilbury to Grays to assist Key workers get to work. Our timetable has been updated to show this additional journey.
UPDATE 26/03/2020 13:30pm: We've added a further journey to Route 22. There will now be a departure at 1640 from Grays to Aveley. This Journey operates with immediate effect, Additionally, Route 73A will operate ALL journeys on the timetable Monday-Sunday.
UPDATE 25/03/2020 17:30pm: Following requests from the NHS, local care homes, and essential workers we added journeys to routes 22 and 73A. We now operate a 1940 departure from Tilbury to Lakeside and a 22:10hrs journey from Sockets Heath to Lakeside. We also re-timed the 22:26hrs 73A departure from Lakeside to 22:30hrs to provide better connections for customers. We also added a 07:30hrs route 22 Journey from Grays to Aveley. We alos extended the 18:10hrs 22 service to Motherwell Way again to assist NHS and essential workers. Please check our timetables for full details.
Additionally, following requests for clarity please be assured that route 44 continue to serve TESCO in both directions. An updated timetable for this route is available.
UPDATE 24/03/2020 10:30am: Due to the ongoing emergency, we are unable to issue Smart Cards at this time. This also applies to re-issues. As top-ups are managed automatically (with no human intervention) Top-Ups are still available to EXISTING Smart card holders.
UPDATE 24/03/2020 08:00am: It is with regret that we are suspending the X1 Jetlink service with immediate effect. This is due to the restrictions on travel due to the Covid-19 (Corronavirus) epidemic. We have suspended ALL online booking platforms for this service.
UPDATE 23/03/2020 05:00am: The Z1 route has been amended to serve TESCO, Lakeside retail Park and Motherwell Way - in both directions. We are implementing this change for our customers to allow workers to access these locations by bus. The revised timetables are available on our Z1 Covid-19 emergency timetable page.
UPDATE 20/03/2020 19.15pm: Weekday time restriction on the use of Concessionary bus passes has been lifted across our network for the duration of the Covid-19 (Coronavirus) emergency. All ENCTS passes will be accepted 24/7 from 21st March 2020
UPDATE 20/03/2020 17.30pm: The situation that we find ourselves in a country is unprecedented, with vast numbers of people self isolating we are having issues with staffing our services. as such we have been forced to introduce emergency Covid-19 timetables from Saturday 21st March 2020.
Our Covid-19 Emergency Timetable came into force on Saturday 21st March and will be operated for as long as necessary or possible. Please be aware that further changes may be made at short notice - in addition to our website our social media feeds are updated regularly.
