Ensignbus withdrew ALL versions of our SmartCard
on 1st April 2021 If you are a student you will be able to purchase a discounted 28 Day travel pass* from our drivers on the bus. To take advantage of this please present your valid USP or South Essex College ID to the driver when purchasing your 28 Day travel pass.
All SmartCards have been 'Hotlisted' and will be withdrawn by our drivers on presentation. Anyone still needing to arrange a refund, must email ticketline@ensignbus.com by 12th April 2021.** *Discounted travel is only available for purchases of our 28 day travel pass where a VALID college ID is presented at point of purchase. **Any refund must be requested by 12th April 2021. Applications for refunds will not be processed after this date. All refund request's must be made by the Account Holder. Please supply the SmartCard number, Ticket Type and your full name in the email. |
