Where and when do we collect the pass ?
All passes are delivered to the relevant colleges on a Friday morning.
Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately no, as it is a discounted travel pass no refunds are available.
Can I come to your office to buy a pass?
No, we have neither the staff nor the facilities to accommodate this. Passes are only available for purchase online.
Can I pay for my college bus pass any other way rather than online?
What happens during half terms?
Some students choose to use the passes during half term and some do not. It is your choice.
What can I do if my college bus pass is lost or stolen?
You can phone Ensign Bus and order a replacement pass at a cost of £10.
Can I pay for a weekly pass rather than monthly?
You can pay for a weekly pass on the buses, but they will be at the normal passenger rate.
Can I pay by Direct Debit?
Unfortunately no, we do not have the facilities for this.
Can it be back dated?
No. We work to tight deadlines to deliver the passes on time, which is why we have a cut off period which has to be adhered to.
Can you send the pass to my home address?
No. You will have to collect the pass from your college.
What if there is a problem with the website?
The website is regularly checked so I would leave it a couple of hours and go back and check it again. Failing that give Ensign Bus a call during office hours.
Do I have to show my Student ID with my pass?
Yes at all times. If you haven’t got your Student ID drivers can refuse you.
What if I miss the cut-off day for ordering or renewing my pass?
Don't worry you can order or renew your pass the following week.
