| Paying for your Ticket |
| |
To help us speed up your service, please have
your money ready before boarding the bus where possible.
Our drivers only carry a small amount of change,
therefore they may not always be able to change
high value banknotes (especially early in the morning).
Please help us by refraining from using high value
banknotes and using correct change where possible.
Please note that our drivers cannot accept £50
notes, Scottish banknotes or any other form of payment. |

| Buggies and Wheelchairs
(Summary) |
| |
All of our normal local service buses are now
of the low floor type (suitable for unfolded buggies
& wheelchairs) and can be lowered down to the
kerb. If our driver has not already lowered the
bus for you, please ask. Some of our buses also
have wheelchair ramps which can be deployed on request.
Buggies are carried at the drivers discretion. These
must be placed in the ‘buggy areas’
towards the front of the bus and MUST NOT block
the gangway at any time. You may be asked to fold
your pushchair at busy times.
Wheelchair users have priority over able bodied
passengers & buggies and you may be asked to
move away from the wheelchair area or fold up your
buggy to help accommodate a wheelchair.
We will allow electric wheelchairs on our buses
provided they are of the latest design.
Each bus can only carry a maximum of ONE wheelchair. |

| Animals |
| |
Animals (including dogs) may travel at the drivers
discretion. Animals which are not in a cage must
not be carried on the seats.
Guide dogs are welcome at all times. |
